Terms of Service - The Final Agency

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of finalagency.io (the "Site") and any related services provided by The Final Agency ("we," "us," or "our"), a team of licensed real estate agents affiliated with Keller Williams Flagship of Westminster. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site.

2. No Real Estate Advice

Content on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional real estate advice. Any real estate brokerage relationship requires a separate, written agreement. All real estate activity is performed under the supervision of Keller Williams Flagship of Westminster, a licensed Maryland real estate broker.

3. Fair Housing

We abide by all federal Fair Housing laws and the Maryland Fair Housing Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or source of income.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site;
Interfere with the Site's operation or security;
Scrape, harvest, or reuse content without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and video, is owned by or licensed to The Final Agency and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Carroll County, Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
